Free Passes and Memberships may not be used for parties.
A $50 Deposit is required to hold the date and is NON-Refundable. Leonardo’s accepts only cash or credit card. In the event of an emergency you may reschedule one-time if the museum is notified with at least 48 hours in advance. All parties will be given a wristband to match the party room, to ensure the entire party is accounted for, only persons wearing wristbands will be allowed in the party rooms. The Birthday Party contract must be signed prior to entering the birthday room.

I am responsible for payment and supervision of my guests. If I go over the number of guests in my package, I agree to pay $3.00 per person at the end of my party along with the remaining balance due. I understand that other parties may be booked before or after mine and it is important for me to follow the scheduled time. We ask that you have all of your belongings removed from the party room at the end of your party time in order to allow us to clean up and set up for the next party. You and your guests are welcome to stay and play in the museum / Adventure Quest until closing. If Leonardo’s is closed due to inclement weather, you will be notified and have the option of rescheduling.
