For the safety of our guests and exhibits:
A ratio of 1 supervising adult to 5 children is required.

Free Passes and Memberships may NOT be used for parties. The full amount of the party must be paid at the time of booking to hold the date and is non refundable. In the event of an emergency you may reschedule one-time if the museum is notified with at least 48 hours in advance. All parties will be given a wristband to match the party room, to ensure the entire party is accounted for, only person wearing wristbands will be allowed into the party rooms. The Birthday Party contract must be signed prior to entering the birthday room.
