Programs & Camps
Leonardo’s offers a wide variety of on-site and outreach educational classes and events for all ages. We are always open to ideas for new classes, subject to approval and funding availability.

Spring Break Camp Teacher Application

Summer Camp | DaVinci Day Camp
Nine weeks of art and science exploration for ages 4-12. The field of study varies by the week and according to age group. Parents may choose mornings, afternoons, or all day sessions for one or more weeks. This program is made possible by a grant from Oklahoma Arts Council  and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Spring Break Camp | Spring Break Cruise 2020
Spring Break Camp at Leonardo’s is designed to keep children engaged throughout school break. With a focus on S.T.E.A.M. curriculum, day campers will spend the week exploring a variety of different arts and science. They will also have a lot of fun!

Computer Coding
Starts Jan. 13, 2020
Computer Coding will use hands on and online activities to teach about coding and computer basics. Sessions are one day a week for eight weeks and are held in the Leonardo's Children's Museum Education Annex. Each week, students will receive a healthy after school snack before taking part in lessons with a qualified and state certified museum educator.

OG&E Science Club
Starts January 19th, 2021

OGE Science Club transforms science into a fun, interactive learning experience for third through sixth graders. Sessions are one day a week for eight weeks and are held in the Leonardo's Children's Museum Education Annex. Each week, students will receive a healthy after school snack before taking part in fun science experiments with a qualified and state certified museum educator. A science demonstration will be held at the end of the eight weeks to showcase student projects. For more information, please call 580-233-2787.

Paul’s Beginner Pottery class is a new class named after the first potter at Leonardo’s. This class is open for children who would like to learn some basic pottery skills. Each student will have 2-3 completed ceramic pieces at the end of the course. Sessions are one day a week for six weeks and are held in the Leonardo's Children’s Museum Education Annex. Each week, students will receive a healthy snack before class with a qualified and state certified educator. For more information call 580-233-2787.

JWL Fashion and Design Institute@Leonardo's is a class for youth from third through eighth grade interested in fashion and beginning sewing. Sessions are one day a week for eight weeks and are held in the Leonardo's Children's Museum Education Annex. Tools for Home Schools
​Starts January 22nd, 2021


Parents of homeschoolers get some help from experienced, certified educators in the subjects of art and science. Make Friday mornings your special morning to get to go to Leonardo's and network with other homeschool parents while children attend class. Many children benefit from learning to stay seated and learn in the classroom as well as in the home environment. Join the fun!

Critters in the Classroom
Journey through the wilds of environmental science with Leonardo’s critters visiting the classroom or the class visiting them here in the museum Designed for grades Pre K—8, the content is customized by grade level.

Sizzlin' Science
The Sizzlin’ Science program offers a wide variety of science courses that are correlated to Common Core standards.  This program is designed to help support the ongoing success of the students.  Classes can be taught on or off-site for up to 25 students in grades pre-kindergarten – ninth.

Art Smart
To enhance a student’s life and knowledge by introducing them to great artists, paintings, and techniques used to create masterpieces. Designed to introduce the world of art to students of all ages, Art Smart allows Leonardo's instructors to bring the techniques of the masters to life through creative teaching, interactive lessons, and fun art projects!

Weekend Wonders
Exploring science is fun during these classes offered at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month (September—May). Designed for children of all ages, experiments from everyday elements are designed to spark an interest in basic science. This program is sponsored annually by McDonald’s of Enid.

Art Quest
Every child is an artist! These classes are offered at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the first and third Saturday of each month (September—May) at no extra charge for museum guests ages 4-12. Parents are encouraged to participate as well in nurturing a child’s natural creativity. This program is made possible by a grant from Oklahoma Arts Council.
