Royal Ball tickets are being sold on Zeffy.
Zeffy is a service that was created to empower non-profits like Leonardo's with tools to help fund our missions. Zeffy does not charge Leonardo's any processing fees like a normal card processor, but instead gives donors the option to leave them a tip to help cover their fees. This is completely optional, but if you have a little extra to spare it would be going to a great business that is doing a lot of good!
FAQ:
Will Royal Ball replace Princess Ball?
Yes. Princess Ball holds a very special place in Leonardo's history and we could not be more proud of the memories we helped create for so many daughters and dads. But, after much consideration we decided it was time to reimagine the event to serve more of our community and better meet our mission. With that said daughters and dads are welcome to make a date of it if they would like! We promise it will still be a magical time.
Why is Royal Ball in the Adventure Quest Gardens instead of an off-site venue like recent years?
The fun reason: If you have an amazing magical castle (Adventure Quest) you better use it for your Royal Ball!
The grown-up reason: Hosting the event at Adventure Quest offers a unique opportunity for us to invest the money we would spend renting a venue into improving the park. It will also allow us to invest more of the money we raise from the fundraiser to work supporting out mission!
What if the weather is bad?
You never know what to expect with Oklahoma weather! In the case of bad weather we will try again on Saturday, May 13th.
Can kids come without adults? Can adults come without kids?
No. Inline with Leonardo's policy. There must be 1 adult for every 5 kids in attendance, and all adults must be accompanied by a kid.
How should we dress?
On one hand it's a ball. On the other hand it's at the worlds largest community-built playground. We are going to do our very best to keep our guests entertained with our clean Royal Ball activities, but if you think your kid might demand some Adventure Quest playtime you might want to dress accordingly.
Will the castle and parks be open?
Yes. The only part of the park that will be closed are the sand boxes.
